This one is not non-bake, but really good.
Comes from Betty Crocker Cooky Book (that’s how it is spelled – Cooky)

    Cranberry Drop Cookies
½ cup butter (1 stick) – room temperature
    1 cup granulated sugar
    ¾ cup packed brown sugar
    ¼ cup whole milk
    2 tablespoons orange juice
(I also add zest from ½ of an orange)
(sometimes I also add a couple drops of orange oil)
    ½ teaspoon vanilla
    1 large egg
    3 cups all purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    ½ teaspoon salt
    ½ teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sliced or chopped almonds
2 ½ cups coarsely chopped cranberries
    Heat oven to 375 degrees
Cream butter and sugars. Add milk, orange juice, zest and egg – mix well.
Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt into the bowl and mix.
    Stir in nuts and cranberries.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls (or I use small ice cream scooper) on greased baking sheet. Bake 10-15 minutes until slightly golden.
